Stall-Holder Information & Requirements

Classic Car Positioning & Movements

• Vehicles to be in designated place by 11am
• There are no vehicle movements allowed on the show field between 11:30 am & 5 pm unless in an EMERGENCY.
• Vehicles not to leave until designated time (if allowed to leave early, vehicles to be lead out of display area towards exit)
• Marshals to guide and position vehicles
• Vehicles to leave by designated way out
• Vehicle owners to be available at all times during day

Vehicle & Public Safety

• Vehicles to carry fire extinguisher
• Vehicles to maintain handbrake ON whilst exhibiting
• Vehicle gearbox to be “in gear” whilst exhibiting
• Notice in vehicle “public not to enter”
• Ignition keys removed
• Vehicles to have valid insurance
